The program will include plenary lectures, keynote lectures and invited oral communications as well as poster presentations in all areas of Analytical Chemistry with recognized importance in the society such as Environment, Forensics and Food, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
Within the highly interdisciplinary area of analytical chemistry contributions on the following topics are welcome:
- Biosensors
- Biotechnological Applications
- Chemometrics
- Electroanalysis
- Examinology and metrology
- Flow Analysis
- Method Validation
- Modern Analytical Methodologies
- Separation Processes
The plenary lectures will be performed by Invited Scientists and should be limited to 50 minutes (45 min for presentation + 5 min for questions).
The keynote lectures will be performed by Invited Scientists and should be limited to 30 minutes (25 min for presentation + 5 min for questions).
The oral communications will be performed by Speakers selected by the Scientific Committee and should be limited to 20 minutes (15 min for presentation + 5 min for questions).
The posters must have the dimensions of 120 × 90 cm (height × width) and will be exposed during all meeting
Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry will sponsor two Poster Awards. Please contribute with your best research!
Two sessions will be devoted to poster pitches, where authors presenting communications as poster will have the opportunity to present the main features of their work during two minutes, using one slide.
Authors interested in promoting their work are invited to submit a short video (2-5 min) about the communication submitted to Analítica 2018. For more information and instructions for uploading the video, please contact analitica2018@chemistry.pt.
